2. Use of Service

Echo Media provides image hosting services for EchoRP community members. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must have a valid EchoRP account to use this service
• You are responsible for all content you upload
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• You must not use the service to harass or harm others

3. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Echo Media a non-exclusive license to store, display, and serve your content through our platform.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Malware or malicious code
• Spam or misleading content
• Content that promotes hate or violence
• Adult or explicit content

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your uploaded content may be deleted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Echo Media is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
